1. We support our lessons with various programs to both strengthen and broaden our learners’ understanding of their subject material. To this end we have introduced EDSHED, which is a phonics based program for our Foundation Phase learners. This cost is included in the school fees. This has already been implemented in the school
2. Then there is going to be robotics for the Foundation Phase and the Intermediate Phase. For the Little ones there will be a small robot, called “Tiny Cal”, which they will have to program using simple commands. The Intermediate Phase will work with a slightly more advanced robot and they will be taught how to code. See the section on school fees
3. From 2027, swimming will be introduced as part of the official curriculum for learners in Grade R to Grade 3. The school will provide transport to and from the swimming lessons, ensuring that all children participate safely and conveniently during school hours.

This initiative is designed to help our learners become water safe while also teaching them the basic swimming strokes. By including swimming in the curriculum, parents will no longer need to arrange weekend lessons, as this essential life skill will be taught during the school week.
